PT, maybe we can all learn a little today. My question is that by going DARK, what does that mean? Is it like trading on the grays or something like that? Thanks!!!!

both. a company can't just "go dark". if they were a reporting company, they need to file to become non reporting. they didn't file. hence the suspension. if they had, then the 300 shareholder limit may have come into play.

now the big concern is revocation. the company did not file so the question is did the company reach an agreement with the sec on a compliance schedule. if they did not, revocation could come any day.

however, in order for it to be claimed effective a company is supposed to be current in its filings. they were not so the sec by regulation should reject it.
