If this was true ( and we'll never know for sure) it just shows you how clueless everyone is about the dealings that happen in the backroom.

I got the information from a pretty reliable source (RBC analyst who covers Watson) so while you're right, we'll never know for sure, it's very likely that it was indeed the case.

Agreed about court cases. Anything can happen. Lesson learned.

{{I said from day one that it's foolish to invest on either what the FDA does or on any court case. Period.}}

That is an amusing and quite absurd point of view. If you aren't going to invest on what the FDA does, then you can't invest in ANY biotech. Patent issues and court cases occur all the time during drug development and after FDA approval. Hell, ONXX sued Bayer over Regorafenib (now Stivarga), a Nexavar knockoff that Bayer tried to sneak in without ONXX's knowledge. Guys like you were assuring ONXX shareholders like myself that ONXX could never win and Bayer would crush them. That was when ONXX was inthe low $20s. ONXX prevailed and forced Bayer to settle.

{{Everyone here kept on counting about how much Amphastar and Watson were going to owe Momenta and not one person here would even consider the fact that it could be Momenta/NVS that would have to write the check. I brought it up repeatedly and was laughed at.}}

No, not everyone, but you keep trying to distort reality if you feel the need to.
