My *guess* is that it's a separate PR, not one of the three expected PR's, based on a very meaningful agreement reached on Sunday. I get the feeling that Peter is excited about this agreement and couldn't get wait to get some word out; probably leads into another PR soon. Today possible, but let's let events unfold on their own timeline. GLTA
