St. Cloud project is small potatoes now the Total is onboard. I have been hearing of delays in the St. Cloud project , yet still seeing a dropdead time frame for completion...so not sure how that is going to work out.
Far as the stock goes....all one has to do is look at the volume, current share price and historical share price to understand the real deal.
