Actually they said the RS "will be" accompanied with completed HPP company deal and Water division along with the new Consumer Products Group. Not could be, should be, maybe but WILL BE -- very specific. Most likely the billions of shares will go for completing those deals and have long term restrictions. Maybe this pig is not done just yet but we have to wait for RS so any acquisitions could be finalized.
Do you realize if they sign any deals where this stock will go-- it will sky rocket so just imagine all 3 divisions running at the same time (if all deals are made ect.). Its easy to talk about a RS but now I would def be watching what happens post split. If any form of real deals happen this will move.
