No individual ever gets shares......ever. Read the settlement agreement. The plaintiffs attorney gets the shares, sells them under the guidelines stipulated in the SA, and all funds go into a pool to be allocated to any shareholder who claims to have their investment damaged by management in the specified time period.. BTW, that specified time period is when Bordynuik controlled the company and why sharehoders who will qualify will be able too claim damages to their investment..
