JBI shareholders should be thanking their lucky stars that Bogolin was at the helm to guide the company through to this ingenious "victory"!!!

Bogolin deserves a generous bonus for his handling of this affair.

Hopefully Bogolin can just as skillfully clean up all the other messes created by that ineffectual bumbler Bordynuik!

I think all of the frivolous lawsuits are over now which will allow the company to finally move forward with commercial production like the DEC granted 3 years ago. Its been a long haul for this little company and I have a feeling all of the shareholders who stood their ground will benefit. I even hear the investigative attorney who was shitcanned by the SEC is now a JBII shareholder looking to get in on JBI's success.
