At least JBI had Bogolin in charge and able to orchestrate this ingenious "Fraud-Divvy" for all the shareholders who claim they were defrauded by John Bordynuik.
It's understandable why there's so much celebration over JBI getting nailed for these damages in a class action lawsuit resulting from Bordynuik's acts of fraud. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!
