OT: histo, probably. But, that's only good (IMO) in metro and high $$ suburb areas where it's feasable to put all the gear in. With a stratellite, it don't matter when one airship can blanket an area the size of 300K sq. miles.
It'll take a few years but w/ the Federal Gov't and our military behind them tweaking out the kinks, it'll be all good once it's set for us...just like the internet in its infancy.
