IMHO this is what I think . As much as I like EIPC . If something came up . Emergency , health issues, death , a divorce , & I NEEDED $$$$$ as much as I like EIPC. I would sell at whatever Price to get the money I needed. This is what I think happened . Someone with a few milly needed money , they whacked out , along the way a couple others got scared and sold also. That drove it to .0045 :) this is JMO and my .02 That said . I still think this is going back to .05 :)
