While I see your point it must be recognized as irrelevant as the only thing that matters is the reaction of the market to the news that's been presented, as to how the market is going to react post RS is anyone's guess. However it is my experience that in the pinks the post RS price will nose dive. If anyone actually believes in quirk after what's just happened I suggest waiting for a post split bottom and buy em on the cheap or walk away. We got hosed here but maybe some can make lemonade out of the lemons. For the record joe carouse and Kevin quirk will forever be listed as thieves in my book. Doesn't anyone remember how there was billions on the bid and all of the sudden it disappears and we have millions and millions selling on the .0001 ask? Hmmm sound like an insider leak? Manipulation? Sound like jail time? I have already referred this to a friend at the sec! Better run joe! Third times a charm !
100-1 RS followed with no reduction of AS is never a good sign and raises many flags here. Do they need shares for merger deals? Sure but they had 1.1 billion to work with and just sold those out. What are we looking at to happen with another 3.965 billion with us holding a mere 35 million?? What happened to friendly financing because this is not it. We don't have anything completed. They say the RS comes with completion of deals with water division, creation of CPG and HPP company. Those in fact get completed and have assets along with producing revenues then it is a different story. We have to wait and see what happens and where we are at Sept 6th. Right now just looks and feels like we been had here for now. There will be money to be made with STKO just a question if our shares are going to hold any value or have to throw more at it at some point. GLTA!
