Well, I don't know. Isn't share volume double counted on the pinks? If so the 10 million shares is really only 5 million sold. IF 'big shot' sold 2 million then that's only 3 million sold by the public.
3 million shares at an avg sell price of .006 is only $18,000 worth. If there are 300 people who own EIPC, with 70% being active traders, then you have 210 people who potentially are afraid enough to sell $18,000, or less than $100 a piece! If only 1 out of 10 sell, that's about $800-900 each, which doesn't seem too far-fetched to me.
