Been here since mid june and I must say that it has been a ride. As a relative newbie to the trading game I have become addicted to reading this board. The dd posted and upbeat and supportive nature has made me hold strong to my 800k shares. Never posted before but felt the need today because our tone has really changed as result of the lies and false hope that has been fed to us. I made the decision to invest based on solid dd and knowing that the great doctor had some major character flaws. Watching the biggest advocates of this stock start to worry and be unsure makes us all want to defend ourselves but I think all we can due is hang in there and pray. I dont believe that there will be an auction on monday but at the very least, kirkland made good on his threats to destroy us( the company). Now its time for svfc to show its balls and step to the plate with something. They need to realize that they would be nothing without us shareholders and do the right thing. I encourage everyone especially CJ to hang in there and know that you are not alone. All of this stated imho. Best regards and GLTA. Now lets go SVFC$$$$

New York State Court Grants Stay in SVFC Behalf Regarding Auctioning of Assets Last Updated: Aug. 09, 2013 - 5:50pm EST
(NEW YORK)--WSNC has learned late Friday New York State Supreme court had granted a stay in Intellicell Biosciences, Inc. (OTC:SVFC) behalf regarding possible auctioning of assets Monday, August 12, 2013.
According to the company, NY State court has issued a two week stay to block any move in regards to any possible auctioning of company assets on Aug. 12, 2013, as had been speculated since recent 8K filing late last week. This stay guarantees their will be no auction or move to make claim on any assets of SVFC, and as plans to settled this matter out of court move forward.
The company is anticipated to file an 8K filing pre-market Monday to reflect this decision in Intellicell's favor, and more information may become available over the weekend.
