Because there is nothing to report. The auction Was a way for iron ridge to stiff arm IB into paying the debt. Lawyers do not like eachother. Very tense. This will be resolved Monday either for the good or bad. However iron ridge probably just wants to get paid at this point. I'm sure they will be on Monday.
There could possibly be legal reasons why they can't put out any information regarding what's going on until some specific time, or something specific has been resolved... I'm not an attorney, but I do know that legal issues can carry certain requirements and specifics regarding publishing or speaking about things.... :-) Just my opinion..
