Consider the source. AMD server share is down to low single digit percent. A homeless guy might also claim a baloney slice is better than filet mignon to feel better about his circumstances.
I'm not sure that's an advantage considering what AMD's general manager of server business said about using ARM: "It wins because it is lower cost. It takes the process of making a CPU down from three and a half years and $350m and $400m down to 18 months and $30m".
