One of the PP's was on May 28th and those shares were accounted for in the 10Q filed June 13th...

from the 10Q:

In May, 2013, we sold 6,042,296 units to one investor for gross proceeds of $50,000

from the Form D:

Date of First Sale 2013-05-28
Consists of the issuance of 6,042,296 shares at a price of $0.0083 per share

the other two were in July:

Date of First Sale 2013-07-02
Consists of the issuance of 3,051,105 units issued at $0.009833 per unit.

Date of First Sale 2013-07-13
Consists of the issuance of 8,100,612 units.

Amazing how volume comes out of nowhere then news abounds. then the cycle repeats itself.

This time I do believe we have legs to carry the momentom, heck even Banks has not chimed in about not holding our gains. lol
