negotiations take 2 & TCA & Ironridge (but TCA owns the note) & to date they have shown that they are not willing to deal unless paid in full is considered dealing & $$SVFC has not told the investing public what is doing or able to do, especially w/ no cash on hand as all the toxic loans confirm. Again I just deal in facts presently available to all.
