since $$SVFC had not transferred the 12+M shares to Ironridge that deal is already null & void thus again proving that TCA is the holder of the NOTE & thus sent & filed Notice Of foreclosure w/i all applicable laws. Again FACT & as per $$SVFC's own admission they did not transfer the shares.

Yes and IR was not the original holder of the note.
