Intraday Noise...When isn't it Noise...?
The first question on the ISSUES post was... on the 5 minute chart since I've constantly called it noise...WHEN ISN'T IT NOISE ON THE 5 MINUTE...?...
I suggested if we find an answer on the 5 minute chart; that answer could be applied to other intraday charts also...
