Well they may want to accumulate a very Lg position and know that that they wont be able to bid sit and get it. I would hope they have done that some, but Ill bet you could bid sit for the next week at .40 cents and not accumulate a very Lg position. I could be wrong.
You may very well be correct. This person may be looking at vrty as an investment, not a trade. They may be buying because they know the potential, and are looking 1-2 years or more out.
