What time frame is the market trading on Meaning what timeframe will the market become oversold or overbought and sellers/buyers come in. When market is weak it will trade on 5 min. When breadth is above 4-1 and stays there you get the market trading on the 15 min. When breadth is 10-1 or more then you need to go the 30/60 for the turns.
