Augie: Seems like we have been in a nowhere market for quite a sometime. Cyclical bull seems possible given the huge price declines in the averages but other things have just not fallen into place imo. Maybe they will going forward. So, I don't necessarily share that roadmap you mentioned other than to state it is a possibility.
