Right now BNY Mellon is our Trustee and I can't see the connection to UK - other than there were some other Subordinated Notes that were international bonds.
As I stated in another post - perhaps there is a loop hole or another plan to take the CTS out of Bankruptcy. It just isn't logical to me at this time.
