I did live radio with a 9 sec delay and played around with streaming video,5 years ago..when i had a computer repair shop.Just for fun..but learned alot..I was even able to stream movies from a vcr on a dial up connection...so I know it can be done.but I had to stop because of copy right infringement laws..but with flash format,the movie stays on the server..but there are still copyright laws.
