Barry Liben had a boatload to get rid of per the 13G filed on July 11th. Barry realizes that $0.0003 is a better price than he will be able to sell for in a couple weeks.
More and more retail holders are coming to that realization as well.
I speculated late last week that NEOM would release information this week to help get the vote out. I wasn't expecting the 10-Q but that was potentially the best strategy possible and it exploded in their faces.
