I would agree. I do feel that the way they are progressing it probably won't be needed, but an option they will keep open to get on the bigger board. I look at it like this. If they do a 1-5 and share price goes to $5 or above, we will see more institutional buyers jump in and soon the $5 moves up more quickly into the range of some of the other big tech companies and you still have the NTEK monster growing and making all share holders alot of money.
