See, I told you we'd disagree. Pink sheet stocks generally have a notorious reputation. As a result, even good companies like NTEK that does the kind of thing long associated with what the shells and scams do (like RS's) is rarely if ever good PR for said company. I thoroughly understand all your arguments. I've thought of them and read them and even (a long time ago) argued them. But after many years and research (I'm a historian by profession) I must go by the preponderance of the evidence: an RS is almost always a poor PR move in pinky land. NTEK in no way needs to do a RS. And if it ever contemplated such move it could only be well after it has proven to the world that it is a successful company, and if it's done that, it doesn't need a RS. Investors will be attracted by success and share buy back far far more than a mere RS, before the company has established itself as a money machine.
Anyway, I think we'll just continue to disagree on this. But GLTY.
