I get your point. It's just that I have NEVER (and please tell me you have) seen a pink sheet company do a RS and end up on a higher board. NEVER. If NTEK keeps moving toward significant profitability, and if it can do more share retirement programs, it will get to the big board. Success will get us to the NASDAQ. Without success, a RS won't be worth a cup of warm pisss. Again, I'm just going by the overwhelming evidence of examples in pinkyland. Encourage share retirements, not an RS. An RS is the lazy and easy way out. Success and share retirement is what will get us deep pocket investors and institutional investment, mutual funds, etc.
