We'll just disagree on this one. But show me one time an RS didn't harm a pink sheet penny stock that you owned. I've NEVER seen an RS do anything but spell doom. Look at OOIL as just one of many, many examples. Lot's of technological achieves in the algae to oil space, lots of share dilution, than RS and the stock goes from pennies to many dollars per share. Now its back down to 29¢ a share with dilution creeping back -- currently up to nearly 27 mil OS. We should be doing all we can to keep encouraging:
1. successful profitable business
2. share retirement programs
Some company's have survived and thrived after a RS, the vast majority (especially in the pink sheets) loose their investors money.
