I was in a company a few years ago called Zevotek. I learned all I need to know about pinks from that company. NTEK is a polar opposite and WILL hit .50 by 2014.

They also decreased their allowable shares to issue. Takes away a lot of your suggestion of potential future dilution. They are making money with the companies operations. No need to sell more shares.
