I understand your concern..the shorts may come out swinging and try to keep a lid on the share price but I now believe they will be overwhelmed and forced to cover at much higher prices. The USPTO ruling has now been fully absorbed and bigger companies - apple, google, microsoft are sure of the ruling and it is in their best interests to protect themselves. The institutions now know this so Vringo is in PLAY!

Oh my god ,too funny. you're still concerned about what is going to happen to sp, mon. Well me too, and a whole bunch of us longs, lol.
I am freaked too. I don't want to sell, and make some small profit,(and be safe),and then the sucker takes off like a MTFker.
This is the dilemma. Because I know like brave88,as soon as I sell it goes to the moon, lol. Are the shorts going to take over again etc. I would be very sad if I sold mon., then it went to the moon, lol. I know I know.
Luckily I have mon.,tue off to go insane. My thoughts, ''don't be too greedy' take some good profit, don't wait for the moon,just Leave a little in.
