Read your intro. We have similar views. A main difference is I have a volume/number of trades requirement. BNLB, for example, traded only $40K on Friday. I suggest you limit how much you commit to such a ticker - nothing worse than holding an illiquid OTC ticker you can't dump to jump to a better opportunity.
