I think the chances of that happening are pretty slim. As far as putting the 60 to 80 K down goes.
My local college offers an Associates Degree in Aviation. That includes flight training, design, maintainence, and so on. The total cost would be about 65K in todays dollars. We're in the Virgina Beach area where more Veterans live than anywhere else in America.
I don't expect folks to flock to Herlong Airport to pay a non profit making operation like Quasar Aerospace anything near that amount of money to earn a pilot's license.
