My take:

VWAP was taken down on low volume relative to free floating.
Most of the development headlines were achieved. No more fluff news feeds by management seems that a rampup in sales is about to happen.
Asher is getting a boatload of shares under a penny and will make a killing once major sales materialize.
Great risk/reward here at these levels
