The last time I was confident about long position in SMH was back in October (g). I'll be happy to get 2-3% this time.
IMO recent weak action increases the chances of decent January, at least at the beginning of the month.
My plan for 06 is basically the same as for 05: hold junior gold miners, Japan, Korea, Russia, food/agriculture, a few dividend-paying stock. Trade SMH, and I'll probably stick to the short side.
