BONZAI MONSTA man DEUCE-LAND here we come!!! HUGE 8K filing early this mornin' which removes any and all lingering doubt that there's any remaining Asher dilution because none of these co's get their chills lifted unless and until there's no conversion share overhang left in the mix!

So the august Asher note has already been leaked exactly as we thought and next Asher note doesn't come due til November giving us a picture perfect opportunity to run the snot outta this thing knowing GRPR's begun delivering news choo-choo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
