Those shares were sold during the day to retail so nobody has them at a discount...
IMO the MM averaged weighted the total--added in his commission--bought the reconciliation leg from the seller and printed it AH...
sometimes the order gets finished during the day and gets printed then--and peeps howl about trades going off under the bid :-)--that didn't happen today so most likely the seller has a "few" more
