Im I correct in believing that CVR's are valid if ANI would be out-licensing Libigel to be developed by someone else as long as ANI doesn't spend more than 2 mil or so per CVR agreement.
if something happens and CVR's are valid and payable, how would we go about proving that we had money coming??

If there were any interest in LibiGel whatsoever, don't you think that Simes would have pulled a better deal than giving the joint away for next to nothing to ANIP?
It was clear from the very start that ANIP was interested in BPAX $ only, being a 'breadline or less' company IMO
