DC- long time since you've been back on here. You've missed some good times and more to come.

If you want answers to your questions about dilution, then read the 10K. It has a lot of info in there on when notes mature/etc. It's a long read, but a good one. Also- IR seems to be more apt to answer questions now, as well.
