The A/S has been 2.5 billion. Then a nice reverse split and now were back to .001.

Donna Vigil the President of Quasar will most certainly max out the A/S very soon and then raise the bar higher and higher.

The only way QASP can pay it's bills is by selling shares. It has NEVER turned a profit.
