Net-Man's analysis makes sense. From an investors point of view however, while it would be nice for QL to make direct reference about FASC and the KDS, IMHO, FASC cannot (should not) rely on QL or any third party to disseminate information about the KDS. There are not many investors who will take the time to assemble the evidence and gather pieces of the puzzle to try to establish connections and draw conclusions about FASC like you and Net-Man. Eventually, Brian has to communicate to the investing public and provide guidance. I understand the legal issues regarding noncompliance with SEC rules. Once financial statements are issued, I can only hope that Brian will speak to the shareholders otherwise this stock will be permanently mired at a penny (or less).
