Everyone knows that with this massive dilution, even more shares need to be sold -at lower and lower prices - to pay the bills.

So, even if q ever reports positive earnings, I doubt it will ever be investment grade.

Is there enough room to convert all the debt and salary shares or will the next step be to double the A/S?

Has anyone reputable confirmed if they have the simulator?
