I'm sure he is happy - he dodged a huge bullet...the most serious charge of aiding the enemy was apparently hard for the gov't to prove....btw, Manning still faces the possibility of 126 years in prison. I don't understand why Manning and Snowden think THEY can decide what the U.S. gov't should/should not do. In Manning's case, he was coached by Wikileaks on what info to send them and they used it to THEIR benefit - do you think for one second Wikileaks gave a s___ what would happen to Manning? - they got what they wanted from him to further THEIR cause.
