I sold half of my preferreds on freddie and bought them back later for a 600k gain....I sold because of the legacy lawsuits.....I got trashed on the fnmas board...lol....I am selling a few shares of fnf preferreds into the earnings run not becayse of lehman but to book sone more gains because of the pre c ship holder lawsuits...I will still hold a good chunk to see da ending there. I think the 4th amendment will win out vs rship....go figure....devil
