Court is being pursued also. Judge has approved alternative service, for the debts I am concerned with, via posting in the paper since personal service has proven difficult. Hope he is reading the legal notice section of the paper?
The problem is now that with so many judgments piling up from creditors, it only takes two or three creditors to petition for bankruptcy on him personally and the company. Where does that leave the investors / stockholders? Where does that leave his ownership/management in the company?
There is a lot of risk here that is not just normal investing risk.
