Hmmm... they said 5-10% but let's assume 10% of the 2.4B:

That's 240.000.000 and the price per share was below $1.00 at
that time (03/31.13).
So they must have bought AT LEAST 240.000.000 common shares!? Right?
That would be ~20-25% of all outstanding shares which is far higher
than the 11% institutional holders mentioned... so I guess someone
was giving false numbers.
