I know it's hard to accept sometimes, but the price at which the shares were issued almost means nothing. They do not pay for these shares. A large 50M block is for something other than compensation. Of course it does provide some debt relief to the balance sheet, but I still maintain it is for something mechanically different...like maintaining control of the company.

The old line "Wait for it, wait for it..." applies. We will all get an explanation from the company regarding this block and how it will be used to move the business model (and revenues) forward.
When I see an action like this I think that something big, and very beneficial to shareholders' equity is occurring. We just have wait a bit for the explanation.
(I do believe Nielson is the only BOD member currently. There are only two officers in the company presently as well. Nielson/Johnson. As their business grows I would fully expect that BOD members will be added to the roll. But, it is not time yet. Why take on the extra expense until it is needed...such as an uplist!!)
