All press releases and indications mention or point to acquisition as tge exit, I would be very surprised if they went in any other direction. As for the funds I'm thinking yes! The grant definitely gives them credibility and a reduction in risk to all potential investors.

Why would they take a lucrative buyout? Isn't that the reason most companies exist is first place. Lol
