I think RANF is using that 45 day cushion to it's advantage. We will know soon enough. Once you start filing you have to maintain it and that costs money on their end. We all have goals and it is very easy to be sarcastic about achieving them. I really believe this is a once in a lifetime opportunity that you have to be completely insane to pass up. Everything has come up golden with Richard Smith and McLaughlin working it. Grace under fire too considering the former shell they took over without doing a RS. I commend them for that because they aren't running out on investors but establishing a true base to run and work with. Everyone is looking for the next APPLE this very well could be it! GLTA and GN all! :-)
Yes indeed. It appears that perhaps something very big is in the works, and they are possibly in negotiations with a large well respected public company to launch something big! If there are in fact doing this I am 100% certain that the other company would want them to be in "Current Tier" prior to signing any contracts or buyout opportunity.
