True, the LPC deal is actually a good thing for current and new investors that want to enter the stock at discounted values. With a tight credit market and Obama's weak economic policies, the LPC deal is not at all a bad thing since Elite has the financing to continue adding more drugs and start clinical trials. This will payoff in the long-run at the short-term expense of the PPS. Since Jerry Treppel and other executives are receiving compensation through shares, they would not shoot themselves in the foot by severly diluting the PPS. I believe this was a calculated decision by management to continue developing and manufacturing drugs that will add to their revenues and to become more self-sufficient financially in the future.
